    Unsere Kanzlei leistete erfolgreich Rechtsberatung für ein bedeutendes tschechisches Engineering-Unternehmen im internationalen Schiedsverfahren nach den Regeln der UNCITRAL und mit dem ICC als Institution, die Schiedsrichter bestellt. Dem Mandanten wurden sowohl der volle geforderte Betrag als auch die vollständigen Gerichtskosten und tatsächlich aufgewendete Anwaltskosten zuerkannt. Das Juristenteam wurde vom Partner der Kanzlei Jan Krampera in Zusammenarbeit mit Eliška Miklíková geleitet.
