    Our law office has successfully represented a major Czech engineering company in international arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules, with ICC as an appointing authority. The client was awarded the whole requested amount as well as costs of the arbitral proceedings including actual legal costs. Our team was led by our litigation partner, Jan Krampera, in cooperation with senior associate Eliška Miklíková.
