Eversheds Sutherland real estate team provided comprehensive legal advice to Conseq investment fund on its acquisition of Poděbradská Retail Park

Prague, 18 January 2021 – The Eversheds Sutherland law firm provided comprehensive legal advice to the Conseq open-end real estate fund on the acquisition of the Poděbradská Retail Park in Prague – Vysočany. The retail park, opened in May 2019, was acquired from the development and investment groups KPD Group and Exafin. The firm's legal advice included comprehensive due diligence and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. Eversheds Sutherland's real estate team was led by partner Dominika Veselá and included senior associate Rudolf Kristian and associate Martina Benešová. The acquisition was successfully completed in January this year.
