Eversheds Sutherland represented Expandia, a.s. during the sale of an office complex in Plzeň

    The real estate team of Eversheds Sutherland provided legal advice to the investment company Expandia, a.s. during the sale of Hamburg Business Center office complex in Plzeň. It is a state-of-the-art office complex, which was not approved until the second half of 2019 and which offers more than 7,000 m2 for rent. In addition to modern facilities, the location in the city center contributes to its attractiveness. The successful sale was also helped by the fact that the building is already more than 75% leased. Expandia Group is an established private group operating on the Czech and Central European investment market since 1995. Dominika Veselá (principal associate), Rudolf Kristian and Paulína Macháčová participated in the transaction as the team of Eversheds Sutherland.
