Representing Trikaya investment group in its acquisition of a shopping centre in Brno

    Dvořák Hager & Partners represented investment and real estate group Trikaya in its acquisition of Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. from LDV Management Bainbridge Holding S.C.A. of the Aerium Group. Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. is the co-owner of the Futurum shopping centre in Brno. Our legal services included comprehensive due diligence, drafting of transaction and financial documentation and support in negotiations.

    The team was led by partner Lukáš Zahrádka in cooperation with attorney Dominika Veselá.
