We advised Elisa Oyj in a corporate transaction

    We acted as Elisa Corporation’s advisor in a corporate transaction where it acquired all shares of the Slovak limited liability company Frinx S.r.o. for its Swedish subsidiary Elisa Polystar.

    Elisa Polystar, a part of the Finnish Elisa Group, is a provider of cloud-native automation and analytics solutions.

    FRINX builds software that enables customers to create automated, repeatable, digital processes for building, growing and operating their digital infrastructures.

    Partner Mika Taberman was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Specialist Counsel Henrik Sandholm and Senior Associate Linda Miettinen as well as a team at our Bratislava office.
