We advised Productivity Leap in a corporate transaction

During the spring of this year, we acted as legal and financial advisor to ICT service and consultancy firm Productivity Leap in a transaction where Digia Plc acquired the company’s shares. Productivity Leap specialises in providing IT services to the social welfare and healthcare and financial sectors. The company’s projected turnover for the current financial period is EUR 7.1 million, and the operating profit EUR 1.2 million. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.
The team responsible for the assignment included Partners Antti Husa and Torsti Lakari, Senior Associate Lavinia Husa, Senior Operations Manager Antti Liimatainen and Project Managers Max Tarkkala and Santeri Vaattovaara.
Productivity Leap is a new agile ICT company whose solutions take organisations’ productivity to a whole new level. The company offers IT services, products and consulting that enhance processes, resource usage and sharing.
Digia is a software and service company that helps its customers to renew themselves in the networked world. In 2021, Digia's turnover was EUR 156 million. The company is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki (DIGIA).
