We represented Esa Pitkonen in the sale of Espit Oy's stock

    Our client Esa Pitkonen sold the entire stock of Espit Oy to the technical property group Quattro Mikenti Group Oy. Entrepreneur Esa Pitkonen will continue as the company's Managing Director.

    Founded in 2006, Espit provides HVAC contracting and maintenance services in South Savo as well as in the Imatra and Lappeenranta regions. In Puumala, the company has a well-equipped HVAC store. Espit's turnover is approximately EUR 3.5 million and it employs 15 professionals.

    The team responsible for the assignment included Specialist Counsel Leena Pyymäki, Associate Sanni Tirkkonen and Partners Torsti Lakari and Merja Blankenstein.
