We represented Visi Oy in a corporate transaction

    We acted as financial and legal advisor to the shareholders of Visi Oy in transaction in which Caverion Suomi Oy acquired Visi Oy, a company specialising in technical security services for industry. The acquisition supports Caverion’s sustainable growth strategy and strengthens the company's expertise in technical security services. The transaction value will not be disclosed.

    The team responsible for the assignment included Partner Harri Tolppanen, Senior Advisor Antti Liimatainen, Project Manager Max Tarkkala, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen and Business Development Manager Emma Nurmela.

    Visi is a Finnish company specialising in industrial video and access control services (CCTV) as well as work and safety communication services. Visi has 22 employees and its revenue for the financial year ending in April 2022 was EUR 4.6 million.

    Caverion Suomi Oy offers building solutions from design & build to projects, technical maintenance, facility management as well as advisory services.

    Caverion Corporation is a Finnish listed company which designs, implements and maintains building technology and industrial services in 10 countries in Northern and Central Europe.
