We advised Suvia Group Oy in a transaction

    We acted as financial and legal advisor to Suvia Group Oy, a portfolio company of MB Funds, in the sale of Suvia Group Oy’s group company A-test & Consulting Oy to Tecalemit Oy, belonging to the Italian-Danish Stenhøj Group. As part of the assignment, we carried out an auction process in which eventually three different buyer candidates performed DD simultaneously on the target company.

    The assignment team included Partner Harri Tolppanen, Senior Operations Manager Antti Liimatainen, Project Manager Santeri Vaattovaara, Project Manager Max Tarkkala and Senior Associate Linda Miettinen.

    A-Test & Consulting is Finland’s leading company specialising in workshop equipment maintenance, testing, training and auditing.

    Tecalemit Oy engages in imports, sales and maintenance of automotive workshop equipment.
