We represented MTR-Isännöinti Oy and Suomen Tekninen Isännöinti Oy in a share transaction

    We represented the sellers in the sale of the shares of MTR-Isännöinti Oy and Suomen Tekninen Isännöinti Oy to the Swedish Realsolv Group. Realsolv’s majority shareholder is the Swedish private equity investor Fidelio Capital.

    In connection with the transaction were acquired the shares owned by minority shareholders in two subsidiaries belonging to the MTR-Isännöinti Oy Group, whereby the companies became 100% group companies of MTR-Isännöinti Oy. In addition, some sellers reinvested in the buyer group's parent company Realsolv Holdco AB.

    The core team of the assignment included Partners Heikki Tuomela and Johan Wesander, Specialist Counsel Henrik Sandholm and Associate Linda Miettinen. Other team members were Senior Operations Manager Antti Liimatainen, Partner Torsti Lakari and Associate Else Leppänen.
