Edustimme Elisa Oyj:tä yrityskaupassa

    Edustimme Elisa Oyj:tä sen hankkiessa ruotsalaiselle tytäryhtiölleen Elisa Polystar:lle Frinx S.r.o. -nimisen slovakialaisen osakeyhtiön koko osakekannan.

    Elisa Polystar on pilvipohjaisten automaatio- ja analytiikkaratkaisujen toimittaja ja osa suomalaista Elisaa.

    FRINX tarjoaa ohjelmistoja, joiden avulla verkkoasiakkaat voivat luoda automatisoituja, toistettavia digitaalisia prosesseja digitaalisen infrastruktuurinsa rakentamiseksi, kasvattamiseksi ja käyttämiseksi.

    Toimeksiannosta vastasi Partner Mika Taberman. Tiimiin kuuluivat lisäksi Specialist Counsel Henrik Sandholm ja Senior Associate Linda Miettinen sekä Bratislavan toimiston tiimi.
