Edustimme Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy:tä kiinteistökaupoissa

    Edustimme myyjänä toiminutta Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy:tä kiinteistökaupoissa, joissa ruotsalainen kiinteistösijoittaja Hemsö osti kolme Taideyliopiston käytössä olevaa kohdetta Helsingistä (Nervanderinkatu 13, Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 9 ja Haapaniemenkatu 6). Kohdekiinteistöjen rakennusten pinta-ala on yhteensä n. 25.000 m2. Tiloissa toimivat Sibelius-Akatemia ja Teatterikorkeakoulu.
