Edustimme Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy:tä kahdessa yrityskaupassa

    Edustimme Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy:tä sen ostaessa Jyväskylässä toimivan Noste Isännöinti Oy:n ja Kuopiossa toimivan Kuopion Isännöintikulma Oy:n osakekannat.

    Uusimpien yrityskauppojen myötä Oiva Isännöinnin liikevaihto nousee noin 26,7 miljoonaan euroon. Henkilöstön määrä on 262.

    Oiva Isännöinnin tavoitteena on muuttaa isännöintialaa perusteellisesti ja tarjota läpinäkyvää, mutkatonta ja paikallista palvelua moderneilla työkaluilla.

    Toimeksiannosta vastasivat osakas Heikki Tuomela, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen ja Associate Else Leppänen.
