    Edustimme Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy:tä sen ostaessa Lahdessa toimivan Jolaka Oy:n ja Oulussa toimivan Isännöintipalvelu E. Suomela Oy:n osakekannat.

    Oiva isännöinnin tavoitteena on muuttaa isännöintialaa perusteellisesti ja haastaa markkinaa läpinäkyvyydellä, mutkattomalla paikallisella palvelulla sekä moderneilla työkaluilla.

    Toimeksiannosta vastasivat osakas Heikki Tuomela, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen ja Associate Else Leppänen.
