Edustimme Porin Leipä Oy:n myyjiä yrityskaupassa

    Perinteikäs satakuntalainen perheyritys Porin Leipä Oy on myyty uudelle omistajalle, Leipomo Rosten Oy:lle. Edustimme kaupassa myyjiä.

    Porin Leipä Oy täytti tänä vuonna 75 vuotta ja on merkittävä työllistäjä Porissa.

    Ostaja Leipomo Rosten Oy on turkulainen, Meltovaaran perheen omistama perheyritys, joka toiminut yli kahdeksankymmenen vuoden ajan. Leipomo Rosten Oy on osa Leipomo Rosten -konsernia. Leipomokonsernin liikevaihto oli ennen tätä kauppaa n. 30 miljoonaa, ja se työllisti noin 200 alan ammattilaista.
