Edustimme Cimec Oy:tä nostinliiketoimintakaupassa

    Asiakkaamme Cimec Oy on allekirjoittanut liiketoimintakauppakirjan sekä liitännäiset sopimukset järjestelyssä, jolla päämiehemme Cimec Oy osti Glaston Oyj:n saksalaiselta tytäryhtiöltä Glaston Germany GmbH:lta nostinliiketoiminnot.

    Cimec Oy on lasinkäsittelyn työkaluihin erikoistunut kehitys- ja tuotantoyritys.

    Glaston-konserni kehittää, valmistaa ja myy koneita ja niihin liityviä palveluja lasinjalostajille.

    Toimeksiannosta vastasivat osakkaat Antti Husa ja Jukka-Pekka Joensuu sekä Senior Associate Lavinia Husa, analyytikko Max Tarkkala ja Trainee Erika Lahtinen.
