    Eversheds toimi Kurikka Timber Oy:n neuvonantajana yritysjärjestelyssä, jossa 50% Kurikka Timber Oy:n osakkeista myytiin tanskalaiselle DOVISTA A/S:lle.

    Toteutunut kauppa luo pohjan Kurikka Timberin liikevaihdon kasvulle sekä investoinneille.
     
    Kurikka Timber Oy on vuonna 1928 perustettu perheyritys, josta on kasvanut yksi Euroopan suurimmista mekaanisen puunjalostuksen jatkojalostajista. Yritys sijaitsee Suolahdella ja se työllistää tällä hetkellä n. 80 henkilöä.
     
    DOVISTA A / S on jatkuvasti kasvavan DOVISTA-konsernin aktiivinen emoyhtiö, jossa on yksitoista tuotemerkkiä ja seitsemässä maassa toimivia yrityksiä, kaikki ikkunoiden ja ovien sekä niihin liittyvien tuotteiden markkinoilla.
