Hotelli-hanke, Ruby Hotels Suomen markkinoille

    Toimimme Ruby Hotels & Resorts GmbH:n neuvonantajana Suomen markkinoille tulemisessa ja hoidimme sopimusjärjestelyt koskien ketjun ensimmäistä hotellia Suomessa; hotelli on samalla Ruby Hotels & Resorts GmbH:n ensimmäinen myös Pohjoismaissa. Uusi hotelli tulee sijaitsemaan Helsingin Kruununhaassa, ja se avataan vuoden 2021 ensimmäisellä neljänneksellä. Hotelliin rakennetaan 142 huonetta asiakaskäyttöön. Edustimme asiakasta hankkeen sopimusjärjestelyissä suomalaisen hankekehittäjän ICON Real Estaten kanssa.
