Eversheds Sutherland toimi ostajan juridisena neuvonantajana NCC:n myydessä Ruotsin ja Suomen tienhoitoliiketoiminnot Mutaresille ja Co KGaA:lle

    Eversheds Sutherland on toiminut saksalaisen holdingyhtiö Mutares SE:n ja Co KGaA:n juridisena neuvonantajana, kun yhtiö osti Road Services-divisioonan eli tienhoitoliiketoimintojen Ruotsin ja Suomen yksiköt NCC AB:ltä. Hankittu kokonaisuus kattaa Nordic Road Services AB:n ja Nordic Road Services Oy:n. Yhtiöiden liikevaihto 2019 oli noin 125M€, ja ne työllistävät 216 henkilöä. Kauppa edellyttää Ruotsin kilpailuviranomaisten hyväksyntää.

    Kohdeyhtiöt ovat tieliiketoimintojen johtavia toimijoita omalla markkina-alueellaan, ja ne tuottavat mm. lumen käsittelyyn, teiden valvontaan ja hoitoon, liikennemerkintöihin ja villieläinten aitoihin liittyviä palveluja niin valtiolle, kuntasektorille kuin yksityisillekin asiakkaille.
