Edustimme Kustannusosakeyhtiö Otavaa osakekaupassa yhtiön hankkiessa Atena Kustannuksen

    Toimimme Kustannusosakeyhtiö Otavan edustajana, kun yhtiö osti Atena Kustannus Oy:n pääomistaja Svenska Folkskolans Vänner -yhdistyksen osakekannan. Otava on kirjakustannusalan markkinajohtaja Suomessa, ja järjestely tukee yhtiön pitkäaikaista kustannustoimintastrategiaa. Noin viisikymmentä kauno- ja tietokirjaa vuodessa julkaiseva Atena on hyvämaineinen yleiskustantamo. Se jatkaa kustannustoimintaansa omalla nimellään ja julkaisuohjelmallaan sekä vanhalla henkilöstöllään. Yrityksen toimipaikkana pysyy Jyväskylä.
