    Neuvoimme asiakasta Helsingissä sijaitsevan monikäyttöisen Diana-arvokiinteistön hankinnassa; kiinteistöön kuuluu asuntoja, toimistoja sekä liiketilaa. Rakennus ja sen vaikuttava julkisivu rakennettiin vuonna 1898. Vuokratilaa on 3.400 m². Tämä oli asiakkaan ensimmäinen hankinta Suomessa. Myyjänä toimi Svenska Folkskolans Vänner R.F. Toimeksiantomme kattoi kaikki ostajan oikeudelliset toimenpiteet aiesopimuksesta ja legal due diligence -tarkastuksesta neuvotteluihin sekä kauppakirjasta ja rahoituksesta sopimiseen.
