Toimimme Helsingin pörssissä listatun Relais Group Oyj:n neuvonantajana sen hankkiessa Raskone Oy:n osakekannan, tammikuu 2021

    Edustimme Helsingin pörssissä listatun Relais Group Oyj:tä sen hankkiessa Raskone Oy:n osakekannan kauppahinnan ollessa noin 30 miljoonaa euroa. Avustimme Relais Group Oyj:tä myös osakeannissa samassa yhteydessä.

    Relais Group Oyj on yksi johtavista pohjoismaisista toimijoista ajoneuvojen jälkimarkkinoilla. Yhtiö kehittää aktiivisesti ajoneuvojen sähkövaruste- ja varaosaliiketoimintaa Pohjoismaissa ja Baltiassa.

    Raskone on raskaan kaluston ja pakettiautokaluston autokorjaamo, jolla on 19 autokorjaamoa ympäri Suomea. Yhtiö huoltaa ja korjaa muun muassa kuorma-autoja, perävaunuja ja päällisrakenteita. Sen palveluihin kuuluvat myös huollot ja korjauspalvelut henkilö- ja pakettiautoille. Yhtiöllä on yhteensä noin 460 työntekijää.
