Edustimme Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy:tä yrityskaupassa

    Edustimme Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy:tä sen ostaessa porilaisen Sakipa Oy Isännöinnin osakekannan.

    Oiva Isännöinti laajentaa toimintaansa Satakunnan alueelle ja Pori on kymmenes paikkakunta, jolta löytyy jatkossa Oiva Isännöinnin toimipiste.

    Oiva Isännöinnin tavoitteena on uudistaa isännöintialaa perusteellisesti ja tarjota läpinäkyvää, mutkatonta ja paikallista palvelua.

    Uusimman yrityskaupan myötä Oiva Isännöinnin liikevaihto nousee noin 22 miljoonaan euroon vuodessa.

    Toimeksiannosta vastasivat osakas Heikki Tuomela, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen ja Associate Else Leppänen.
