Eversheds Sutherland advised Coinstar on the acquisition of Eurocycleur

    Coinstar, LLC, one of the largest players in automated kiosks, has announced the acquisition of Eurocycleur, a specialist in coin counting terminals installed in major retailers.

    Founded in 2005, the company offers electronic banking and marketing services through 625 self-service kiosks which allow to: convert your change into purchase vouchers, credit your loyalty card, participate in games or even make donations to associations. Thanks to this operation, Coinstar is extending its presence in the European market.

    Laurent Salet, founder of Eurocycleur, will continue to run the business as head of business development in France.

    RMT advised the founders of Eurocycleur with a team made of Laurent Marville, Corporate Partner and Vincent Collas, Associate.
