Eversheds Sutherland is delighted to announce the arrival of Vincent Denoyelle as a new Partner within the Commercial, Competition, & IP/IT department. He will be joining the team led by Dan Roskis and Gaëtan Cordier, which comprises a dozen lawyers. Its business has been growing strongly, both in France and worldwide, over the past two years.

Vincent, who specialises in Internet Law and Information Technology Law, has a wealth of experience in areas including: IT contracts, domain names, data protection, cloud computing, encryption, e-commerce, and social networks.

Perfectly fluent in French and English, Vincent worked for nearly five years in London, for a large international group specialising in consulting and recruitment, before returning to Paris to practise as a lawyer for a well-known international law firm.

He has also been seconded to the Crédit Agricole investment bank, and therefore has specific expertise in relation to new technologies applied to financial services.

Rémi Kleiman, Senior Office Partner at Eversheds Sutherland France, commented: “We are very happy to welcome Vincent in the Paris office. Thanks to the lasting ties he formed with leading actors in the high-tech sector, his arrival reinforces our foothold in this sector and opens up new opportunities for growth. We wish him every success in his future projects.”

Vincent Denoyelle added: “Eversheds Sutherland is the perfect environment for expanding the reach of my activities further. Eversheds Sutherland is an innovative law firm with a proactive approach that is rarely found and a “hands-on” business approach that is second to none. I also very much look forward to joining Dan and Gaëtan's excellent team and to working closely with the numerous Eversheds Sutherland offices overseas, and notably in the United Kingdom, which also have very a strong reputation in IT law.”

    About Vincent Denoyelle:

Vincent has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. He holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) in EU law (Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas), a Diploma in Legal Studies (Oxford, Saint John’s College), and a LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (King’s College London). He started his career working as a Senior Legal Counsel for SThree Group plc in London, and then joined Hogan Lovells in Paris in 2008.
