    Eversheds Sutherland conseille Investrium dans le cadre de la cession au Groupe Honotel de 100% du capital et des droits de vote de l’Hôtel Atrium de Suresnes, Hôtel 3 étoiles situé à Suresnes au cœur d’un bassin d’emploi dynamique.

    Le Groupe Honotel renforce ainsi par cette acquisition son portefeuille d’hôtels sous gestion à Paris et en région parisienne. Investrium était conseillé pour cette opération par Eversheds Sutherland avec Alexandre Morel (associé) et Jade Huard (avocat) sur les aspects M&A.
