Eversheds Sutherland begleitet CyrusOne bei 15 Mrd. Dollar-Übernahme durch KKR und Global Infrastructure Partners

    Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Eversheds Sutherland hat den Rechenzentrumsbetreiber CyrusOne als European Lead Counsel beim Abschluss einer Vereinbarung über den Erwerb von CyrusOne durch KKR und Global Infrastructure Partners beraten. Die Transaktion hat einen Gesamtwert von rund 15 Milliarden US-Dollar. Die Transaktion steht noch unter dem Vorbehalt der üblichen Vollzugsbedingungen, einschließlich der Zustimmung der zuständigen Behörden sowie der Aktionäre von CyrusOne.

    CyrusOne ist ein US-amerikanischer Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), der sich auf den Bau, die Entwicklung und den Betrieb von Rechenzentren spezialisiert hat. Das Unternehmen verfügt über weltweit 50 Rechenzentren.

    Ein internationales Eversheds Sutherland-Team unter Federführung des Münchner Partners Anthony Cross (Corporate/M&A) beriet CyrusOne zu den europäischen Aspekten der Transaktion.
