    Eversheds Sutherland hat die Johnson Matthey plc beim Verkauf der Johnson Matthey Piezo Products GmbH an eine Tochtergesellschaft der Hoerbiger Holding AG beraten. Das Geschäft des verkauften Unternehmens besteht in der Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Produktion und Vermarktung von auf technischer Keramik basierten Komponenten.

    Die Johnson Matthey plc ist ein britisches, multinationales und auf Chemikalien und nachhaltige Technologien spezialisiertes Unternehmen mit Sitz in London, Vereinigtes Königreich. Es wird an der Londoner Börse (EXPN) geführt und ist ein fester Bestandteil des FTSE 250-Index.

    Die Hoerbiger Holding AG ist ein weltweit tätiger Konzern mit Sitz in Zug, Schweiz. Zu ihren Geschäftsbereichen gehören die Kompressor-Technologie, Hydraulik und Antriebstechnologie.
