    The international legal practice Eversheds Sutherland advised AURELIUS Wachstumskapital regarding the financial aspects of acquiring DF-ING Group.

    AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, which has its seat in Munich, is a leading investment company for German small and medium-sized companies. As part of AURELIUS Group, AURELIUS Wachstumskapital focuses on buy-and-build as well as buyouts and follow-up solutions. In addition to funding investments and growth, AURELIUS Wachstumskapital supports the management of the acquired companies with its comprehensive entrepreneurial experience and thus contributes to increasing the operative potential and realising growth plans.

    DF-ING GmbH from Karlstein am Main, Germany, was founded in 2003 and provides services in the area of sewer renovation such as inspection and cleaning services but mainly renovation and repair services for waste water and sewer systems.

    The Eversheds Sutherland team was headed by the Partner Dr. Thomas Freund (Financing, Munich). Further team members were Jens Binding (Counsel, Tax Law, Dusseldorf), Tiziana Daxenberger (Associate) and Teresa Feistle-Bertsch (Professional Support Lawyer, both Financing, Munich).
