Eversheds Sutherland advises Sky Deutschland on acquisition of telemarketing company @FRIENDS

Eversheds Sutherland advised the media group Sky Deutschland on the acquisition of telemarketing specialist @FRIENDS. With this takeover, Sky specifically expands its service expertise. With the takeover of 100% of the shares, all 500 employees of @FRIENDS will be transferred to Sky.

With about 5.2 million customers and an annual turnover of € 2.3 billion, Sky is one of the leading entertainment companies in Germany and Austria. The company has already cooperated with @FRIENDS in the customer service area since 2002.

@FRIENDS is a leading German telemarketing specialist. At its locations in Bielefeld, Braunschweig and Detmold, @FRIENDS supports renowned companies in the field of telemarketing and serves more than five million customer contacts each year.
