    Eversheds Sutherland comprehensively advised AWIMA Mittelstandspartner on its participation in TEGRA-Technisches Gebäudemanagement Radlbeck. In the course of this, the company succession of the founder, Marion Hiller, is to be secured in the long term.

    AWIMA Mittelstandspartner is an investment company with a focus on medium-sized companies. The investment company supports companies with sustainable business models in the implementation of succession solutions and growth strategies.

    TEGRA is a leading full-service provider for building technology with a focus on the trades heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. Based in Regensburg, the company offers design and installation services as well as the maintenance of building services equipment.

    AWIMA Mittelstandspartner will actively support the further growth of TEGRA. In addition to expanding jobs, this also includes acquisitions as part of a buy-and-build strategy. The aim is to make an important contribution to energy efficiency and climate friendliness through the offered building services.

    AWIMA Mittelstandspartner was advised on this transaction by a team of Eversheds Sutherland led by Sven Schweneke (Partner, Private Equity, Munich) and Simon Weppner (Partner, Tax Law, Dusseldorf).
