2023. január 1-től hatályba lép a munka törvénykönyvének az eddigi legátfogóbb módosítása, amely elsődlegesen a 2019/1152 valamint a 2019/1158 európai parlamenti és tanácsi irányelveinek a hazai jogba történő átültetését célozza.
