  • General

We are delighted to have assisted ChannelSight Limited, a Dublin-based e-commerce and analytics company, on the raising of up to USD10m from a consortium of investors led by Connected Capital, Nauta Tech and ACT Venture Capital.

We have worked very closely with co-founders John Beckett and Niall O’Gorman together with their team in ChannelSight Limited throughout the company’s growth. We have acted on all of the company’s major fundraisings to date including a recent €3.3m funding round led by Nauta Capital with participation from ACT Venture Capital.

This transaction again demonstrates our ability and desire to grow with our high potential clients through their various stages of fundraising.

Venture capital transactions are a fundamental aspect of the global offering of the Eversheds Sutherland network and we collaborate regularly with our international private equity colleagues. We regularly lead, advise on and assist companies on the most complex venture capital transactions taking place in the Irish market.

We look forward to continuing to work with John, Niall and the ChannelSight team on its exciting growth.

The Eversheds Sutherland team for this transaction was led by Gavin O’Flaherty, Corporate Partner, assisted by Ben Podbury, Corporate Senior Associate; Christine Quigley, Corporate Solicitor; Alan Connell, Tax Partner and Robert Dever, Tax Associate.
