Eversheds Sutherland client wins Northern Ireland Deal of the Year (£10m+) at Insider Awards in Belfast

Eversheds Sutherland client H2 Equity Partners saw their multi-million pound investment into County Tyrone based kitchen and bedroom door manufacturer, BA Components (BA) scoop Deal of the Year at Northern Ireland’s premier corporate finance awards in Belfast’s Waterfront Hall last night.

Co Tyrone-based BA has become a major UK manufacturer and exporter to the UK, European and global furniture components industry, supplying over 50,000 doors a week to companies worldwide. H2’s investment will enable BA to continue investing in its manufacturing sites and developing new product ranges. The Eversheds Sutherland cross-office team was led by corporate Partner James Trevis and Principal Associate Richard Kyle, working alongside Belfast-based real estate Partner Gareth Planck. The U.K. Eversheds Sutherland team comprised: Partner Richard Davies (banking), Principal Associate Lisa Bryson (employment) David Smith (tax), Associates James Finney (corporate), Chris Brough (corporate), and Catherine Jones (banking).
