Eversheds makes significant Middle East hire for consulting business

Law firm Eversheds has bolstered its Middle East Consulting offering with the hire of Principal Management Consultant Shery Ramezanian.
Shery is a MBA-qualified business and legal professional. She joins the firm from the Dubai office of the Huron Consulting Group.
Following a successful legal career in the USA, coupled with a strong background in consulting, Shery brings with her focused skills in risk and compliance solutions, records management, legal strategy, team structures and project management. She is also vastly experienced in high-value transactions and deals.
Eversheds Consulting, which was launched in September 2010 has to date made great strides in the consulting market, with clients including Disney, GE, Lloyds Banking Group and Volvo. The business also services high profile Middle East clients, including Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Al Jazeera, The Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee and the Qatar Foundation.
The consulting division also includes Eversheds Agile, a freelance lawyer service, made up of lawyers who can assist and help supplement in-house teams.
Commenting on her appointment Shery said:

A more buoyant deal market combined with tougher and more complex regulations means that our services to businesses will become more valuable then ever.”
