Royal HaskoningDHV acquires Novius to guide organisations in their digital transformation
We advised and assisted Novius in the acquisition by Royal HaskoningDHV and are proud of the result.
To strengthen its digital transformation capabilities, Royal HaskoningDHV has acquired Novius. Novius is a Netherlands-based management consultancy firm specialised in strategic business transformation.
Global developments, such as climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic, require public and private sector to act faster, accelerate digitisation and become more adaptive. In addition, digital technology and new business models are disrupting the built environment. Human and physical worlds are becoming more and more digitally connected, resulting in digital twins of the assets, processes and systems. The right utilisation of data and emerging technologies have become critical success factors for a sustainable future.
To support organisations with their digital transformation, the complementary capabilities of Novius and Royal HaskoningDHV result in a comprehensive portfolio of services.
