    Advokátska kancelária Dvořák Hager & Partners zastupovala investičnú a realitnú skupinu Trikaya pri akvizícii spoločnosti Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. od LDV Management Bainbridge Holding S.C.A. zo skupiny Aerium. Spoločnosť Bainbridge Czech Republic Brno Vídeňská Hyper s.r.o. je spoluvlastníkom obchodného centra Futurum v Brne. Naše právne služby zahŕňali komplexnú due diligence, prípravu transakčnej a finančnej dokumentácie a podporu pri ich vyjednávaní.
