City Logistics and Clearwater Capital acquire the Fastway Couriers franchise in South Africa

    We were pleased to advise City Logistics and Clearwater Capital in their acquisition of the Fastway Couriers franchise in South Africa, which transaction comprised Fastway Couriers’ National Master, Fastway Johannesburg, and the Fastpost business.

    The transaction follows City Logistics’ acquisition of Fastway’s Cape Town and Durban businesses and results in one of the largest turnkey logistics providers for the fashion, retail and e-commerce sectors.

    We wish our clients every success in their exciting venture which will now provide one of the most affordable delivery options for small-to-medium businesses and corporates in South Africa.
