Legal Compass: Q&A zum revidierten Beschaffungsrecht

    Am 1. Januar 2021 wird das totalrevidierte Bundesgesetz über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (BöB) mit der dazugehörenden Verordnung in Kraft treten.

    Das BöB findet nach wie vor nur für Vergaben auf eidgenössischer Ebene Anwendung. Das kantonale «Pendant» zur BöB bleibt die Interkantonale Vereinbarung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (IVöB). Auch diese wurde totalrevidiert. Am 15. November 2019 hat das Interkantonale Organ für das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (InöB) die revidierte Interkantonale Vereinbarung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (IVöB 2019) verabschiedet.
