    Am 20. Mai 2022 hielt Carol Tissot, Senior Associate bei Eversheds Sutherland in Genf, bei der AIBL eine Präsentation über interne Untersuchungen nach Schweizer Recht.

    Als Spezialistin für Arbeitsrecht und Präsidentin des Genfer Arbeitsgerichts diskutierte Carol Tissot mit den Teilnehmern, zu denen Unternehmensjuristen und Personalleiter von Schweizer oder multinationalen Unternehmen gehörten, die Mechanismen und Risiken im Zusammenhang mit internen Untersuchungen und deren Besonderheiten.
