Eversheds complements its existing legal team with specialists in banking, international trade, transport and insurance

Eversheds expanded its team in January 2015 with the appointment of three new partners in the areas of banking, international trade, transport and insurance.
Patrick Eberhardt is a recognised expert in international trade finance and advises banks, commodities traders, inspection agencies, logistic companies and insurers in contentious and non-contentious matters. As in-house counsel at the leading investment bank BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, Patrick has many years of experience in the structuring, securing and court enforcement of trade finance transactions in the oil and gas, metals and soft commodities sectors.
Barbara Klett is a recognised expert in the insurance and transport sectors. Barbara provides advice on coverage and liability issues, as well on in- and out-of-court claims settlement, with a particular focus on medical, product and transport liability law. She also has extensive experience in transport and logistics law, concentrating on road and rail. Prior to joining Eversheds, Barbara was a partner at a major law firm, and established the national claim centre for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS).
Bruno Schoch advises on complex procurement projects and the related matters pertaining to contract and administrative law, mainly representing clients from the transport and infrastructure sectors. As former Head of Legal of one of the biggest Swiss rail companies, Bruno possesses an in-depth knowledge of the sector, and has a broad network of contacts in the rail transport market in particular.
