Return to the ordinary procedure as of September 1, 2021 for any application or extension of RHT

    The extraordinary procedure for filing a request for reduced working hours (RHT) remains in effect until the end of August 2021.

    On the other hand, all new applications or requests starting on or after September 1, 2021 must again be submitted through the regular procedure.

    In this case, reasons for the notice must be given and all the questions on the regular form must be answered.

    In addition, the following documents must be provided, it being specified that if the application is incomplete, it cannot be processed:

    • Organizational chart of the entire company or, for operating sectors, status of personnel in the organizational units.
    • The current order books, at the same time last year and at the same time 2 years ago.
    • Monthly turnover for the last 2 years.
    • A copy of the extract from the Commercial Register valid on the day of filing.
