Sharing knowledge: Conference at the AIBL on internal investigations

    On 20 May 2022, Carol Tissot, Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Geneva, gave a conference at the AIBL on internal investigations under Swiss law.

    As a specialist in labor law and President of the Geneva Labor Court, Carol discussed the mechanisms and risks related to in-house investigations and their specificities with the participants who were in-house lawyers and human resources managers of Swiss or multinational companies.
