Session de droit du travail 1 – 2020

A partir du 10 mars, Olivier Dunant et Paul Michel aborderont, avec d'autres professionnels, différents thèmes liés au droit du travail. La série de cours en anglais est organisée par la Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER) à Genève. Elle offre aux participants la possibilité de discuter de sujets tels que le versement du salaire en cas de maladie ou d'accident, la protection des données et le transfert d'informations à l'étranger, les obligations de l'employé et de l'employeur, le licenciement abusif ainsi que la marche à suivre pour l’obtention d’un permis de travail.
Le cours se compose de cinq modules, chacun commençant à 8h30 et se terminant à 12h00. Les participants peuvent assister à l'ensemble de la série de cours ou seulement à un ou plusieurs modules.
