    Eversheds Sutherland advises Solina UK Holdings on acquisition of Bowman Ingredients Holdings Limited

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised French client, Solina Corporate (Solina) on the acquisition by its UK subsidiary Solina UK Holdings of the entire issued share capital of Bowman Ingredients Holdings Limited (Bowman Ingredients).

    Solina is a leading European provider of savoury solutions for the food industry, supplying 18,000 customers in 75 countries.

    Bowman Ingredients is one of the UK’s leading food coatings companies and a major player worldwide. The company specialises in the production of coating systems for customers in the global food processing industry and supports many of the world’s leading food brands though its international network of manufacturing sites.

    Led by corporate Partner Simon Masters, the Eversheds Sutherland team advised on all aspects of the transaction. The team included: Partners Phillip Tunney (real estate), Colin Askew (tax), Senior Associate Gemma Rusling (employment) and Associates Jack Gladman and Vijesh Parmar (both corporate).
