The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Corporate Partner Aleen Gulvanessian. The team comprised: Partner Dominic Morris (Real Estate and Construction), Principal Associates Nicola Evans (Corporate), Ed Freeman (Construction) and Devreaux Gravell (Banking & Restructuring), Senior Associate Megan D’Souza (Real Estate), and Associates Angus Simpson (Corporate), and Lauren Topper (Construction).
Aleen Gulvanessian, commented:
“We are delighted to have advised Audley on this significant transaction involving their first London site.”
Nick Sanderson, CEO, Audley Group, commented:
“This was a complex transaction which involved advice from the Corporate, Real Estate, Tax, Banking and Planning teams at Eversheds Sutherland. All have a good knowledge of the Audley business and were able to apply that to ensure the structuring of the Joint Venture maximised the opportunity whilst protecting our position.”
