Eversheds Sutherland advises H2 Equity Partners on its investment in Cadogan Tate Group

    Supporting leading European firm on its latest venture

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised H2 Equity Partners on its fourth investment in Fund V: the investment in Cadogan Tate Group (Cadogan Tate), alongside the management team.

    Headquartered in London, with sites in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Paris and Cote d’Azur, Cadogan Tate is a premium specialist logistics group offering packing, moving, shipping, storage and insurance for fine art and other valuable possessions.

    The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Partner James Trevis (corporate) and Principal Associate Lizzy Tindall (corporate). The wider team included Partner Nick Swiss (banking), Senior Associates Alex McCarney (corporate) and Brendan Moran (tax), Principal Associate Amelia Gibbons (real estate), Associates Sam Jones (corporate), Kathryn Dodds (corporate), Mikael Brainenberg (corporate), Alex Smith (banking), Catherine Jones (banking) and Rachel Duffy (real estate).
