    Eversheds Sutherland advises Rothschild & Co in relation to proposed take private of Premier Technical Services Group PLC

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Rothschild & Co in its capacity as financial adviser to Bernard Bidco Limited (Bidco), a newly-incorporated company established on behalf of Macquarie Principal Finance Pty Limited, UK branch and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Macquarie Group Limited, in relation to the proposed £265m cash acquisition by Bidco of Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG).

    PTSG is a provider of façade access and fall arrest equipment services, lightning protection and electrical testing, specialist building access and fire services. Through its four divisions - Access & Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access Specialists and Fire Solutions – it is amongst the leading providers of specialist services to a number of niche markets in the United Kingdom.

    The multi-jurisdictional Eversheds Sutherland team was led by corporate Partner Stephen Nash. The core team comprised: Partner Nick Swiss (banking), Legal Director James Vernon (corporate), and Principal Associate Sarah Burnside (financial services).
