- Global
20-11-2017
With six partners and 17 other fee earners our public procurement practice is one of the largest in the UK and the EU. The practice is led by competition partner, Dr Totis Kotsonis, and spans all major sectors, including transport, defence, energy, water and infrastructure.
Eversheds Sutherland’s procurement practice covers all regulated procurements: public sector, utility and defence sector procurement, as well as procurements that are subject to the principles that emanate from the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU. The practice provides advice to corporate as well as public sector clients in relation to contentious and non-contentious issues.
With 66 offices in 32 countries our procurement lawyers have been providing procurement advice to clients across jurisdictions. The practice is recognised for its ability to provide practical and commercially-focused advice on complex procurements across the UK, the rest of the EU and beyond. Our contentious and non-contentious teams work closely together to ensure that clients are provided with innovative strategic advice that anticipates and minimises the risk of legal challenge.
"As well as having good people, their added-value services – such as training, know-how and round-table discussions – are second to none." Chambers 2018
"I have found them to be very responsive, experienced and well connected, providing an impressive and seamless service from different disciplines." Chambers 2018
